抽动症能报考大客车驾驶证吗

法律分析：
小儿抽动秽语综合征是一种慢性神经精神障碍的疾病，又称多发性抽动症。是指以不自主的突然的多发性抽动及在抽动的同时伴有暴发性发声和秽语为主要表现的抽动障碍。 注意其中的“神经精神障碍”，是属于规定中不能学车的限制的，所以不能考驾照。
法律依据：
《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》 第十二条 有下列疾病的，不得申请机动车驾驶证:有器质性心脏病、癫痫病、美尼尔氏症、眩晕症、癔病、震颤麻痹、精神病、痴呆以及影响肢体活动的神经系统疾病等妨碍安全驾驶疾病的。
