释义	法律分析：夫妻对婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产以及婚前财产的约定，对双方具有约束力。当第三人知道约定的内容时，对第三人有约束力。如果是属于婚姻关系存续期间的债务，属于夫妻共同债务，夫妻双方的约定不能对抗善意第三人，债权人可向夫妻双方主张该债务为夫妻共同债务，除非有证据证明债权人知道夫妻双方所签订的夫妻财产约定的除外。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十五条男女双方可以约定婚姻关系存续期间所得的财产以及婚前财产归各自所有、共同所有或者部分各自所有、部分共同所有。
