1、没带身份证上网作证人是不可以的，因为我们国家 民事诉讼法 当中已经明确的规定了，对于证人如果要出庭作证的话，一般情况下都必须要携带一些具体的身份证件，否则不能够证明身份的话，那么他所做出的一些证人证言也就无效。 2、《 刑事诉讼法 》第五十九条规定： 证人证言必须在法庭上经过公诉人、被害人和被告人、辩护人双方质证并且查实以后，才能作为定案的根据。法庭查明证人有意作伪证或者隐匿罪证的时候，应当依法处理。
