释义	律师解答：如果想撤回承诺要发出撤回通知，且撤回的通知必须在承诺生效之前到达要约人，或与承诺通知同时到达要约人，撤回才能生效。如果承诺通知已经生效，合同已经成立，则受要约人当然不能再撒回承诺。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十一条行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。第四百八十五条承诺可以撤回。承诺的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。
