法律分析：
通过网络的方式，将相关的内容公布于众，接受社会各界认可与监督。通过公示系统按时公示年报信息，是企业的法定义务。如果企业不按时公示年报信息、或者公示年报信息隐瞒真实情况、弄虚作假，将被工商和市场监管部门列入经营异常名录，进而将会面临全社会的信用约束。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第六十六条 登记机关应当依法及时公示法人登记的有关信息。
