法律分析：
如果工作服是工作经过中必须使用的，则该工作服隶属工作必须的劳动要求，则单位必须无偿提供。如果工作服不是必须使用的，而是为了公司的精神面貌和公司文化，这种情况下，通过工作服获益的也是公司，应由公司承受相应花费。
