释义	律师分析：合法的口头遗嘱永远有效。但财产给法定继承人以外的人，当事人必须在知道这份遗嘱后两个月内表示继承，否则视为放弃继承。继承开始后，继承人放弃继承的，应当在遗产处理前，作出放弃继承的表示。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十八条遗嘱人在危急情况下，可以立口头遗嘱。口头遗嘱应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。危急情况消除后，遗嘱人能够以书面或者录音录像形式立遗嘱的，所立的口头遗嘱无效。
