释义	法律分析：电子书对于用户来说，只是授予了独家的使用权，就是你只能使用，但它并不归你所有。这跟纸书不一样，纸书你买了就是你的了。如果你把电子书分享，就是侵权了。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十七条以营利为目的，有下列侵犯著作权情形之一，违法所得数额较大或者有其他严重情节的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役，并处或者单处罚金；违法所得数额巨大或者有其他特别严重情节的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
