释义	法律分析：公司与公司不可以借款，企业间订立的所谓借贷合同（或借款合同）是违反国家法律和政策的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国银行管理暂行条例》第四条禁止非金融机构经营金融业务，借贷属于金融业务，因此非金融机构的企业之间不得相互借贷。企业间的借贷活动，不仅不能繁荣我国的市场经济，相反会扰乱正常的金融秩序，干扰国家信贷政策、计划的贯彻实行，削弱国家对投资规模的监控，造成经济秩序的紊乱。
