释义	法律分析：律师可以购买股份公司（包括上市公司）的股票，或者成为有限责任公司的股东。但按照目前的规定，律师不能参与企业经营，不能担任公司的董事，监事，总经理等高级管理人员；除经注册的兼职律师和公职律师外，亦不可以在其他机构兼任职务。法律依据：《律师事务所管理办法》第四十四条律师事务所应当在法定业务范围内开展业务活动，不得以独资、与他人合资或者委托持股方式兴办企业，并委派律师担任企业法定代表人、总经理职务，不得从事与法律服务无关的其他经营性活动。
