释义	法律分析：债权转让债务人不需要同意，但必须通知债务人。只要对债务人履行了通知义务即可(通知的义务履行的方式可以是书面的，也可以是口头的)，不必要征得债务人的同意。债务人的同意并不是这种转让行为发生法律效力的前提。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八十条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
