释义	法律分析：阴阳合同，是指合同当事人就同一事项订立两份以上的内容不相同的合同，一份对内，一份对外。其中对外的一份并不是双方真实意思表示，而是逃避或掩饰某种目的；对内的一份则是双方意思的真实表示。阴阳合同是否有效，不能一概而论，需要视具体情况而定。（1）阳合同的效力。（2）阴合同的效力，等等。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
