释义	双方年龄相差太大可以结婚，只要符合我国规定的结婚年龄，男不得早于22周岁，女不得早于20周岁；法律没有规定双方年龄相差的极限，也没有规定结婚差距有多大，也不论他们的年龄有多高，婚姻登记机关均应为其办理结婚登记。《民法典》第一千零四十七条，结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。《民法典》第一千零四十六条，结婚应当男女双方完全自愿，禁止任何一方对另一方加以强迫，禁止任何组织或者个人加以干涉。法律依据《民法典》第一千零四十六条、第一千零四十七条
