老人偷偷立遗嘱是否有效 |

法律分析：老人私自立的遗嘱属于自书遗嘱，如果满足以下条件是有效的：
1、由立遗嘱人亲笔书写，签名，注明年、月、日。
2、立遗嘱人必须具有完全的民事行为能力。
3、必须是立遗嘱人的真实意思表示。
4、遗嘱的内容不得违反法律，不得损害国家、集体的利益。
5、遗嘱应为缺乏劳动能力而没有生活来源的继承人保留必要的遗产份额。
立遗嘱人所立的自书遗嘱、代书遗嘱、录音遗嘱、口头遗嘱，只要遗嘱内容合法、形式要件完整即可。
自书遗嘱应当由遗嘱人亲笔书写遗嘱的全部内容并签名，注明年、月、日。自书遗嘱属于遗嘱中的特殊形式，是指遗嘱人亲笔制作的书面遗嘱，遗嘱人有权依照法律的规定，根据自己的意志对死后的财产预先做出处分。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百四十三条 无民事行为能力人或者限制民事行为能力人所立的遗嘱无效。
遗嘱必须表示遗嘱人的真实意思，受欺诈、胁迫所立的遗嘱无效。
伪造的遗嘱无效。
遗嘱被篡改的，篡改的内容无效。
