释义	法律分析：承诺的方式有：明示；默示。法律未对承诺必须采取的方式作出规定，一般规定承诺应当以明示或者默示的方式作出。承诺方式是指受要约人将其承诺的意思表示传达给要约人所采用的方式，对一项要约作出承诺即可使合同成立。法律依据：《民法典》第四百七十九条承诺是受要约人同意要约的意思表示。第四百八十条承诺应当以通知的方式作出；但是，根据交易习惯或者要约表明可以通过行为作出承诺的除外。第四百八十三条承诺生效时合同成立，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
