【法律依据】：
《铁路旅客运输规程》 第三十四条 旅客不能按票面指定的日期车次乘车时，在列车有能力的前提下可以办理一次提前或改晚乘车签证手续。办理改晚乘车签证手续最晚不超过开车后2小时，团体旅客必须在开车48小时以前办理。原票已托运行李的，在改签后的新票背面注明“原票已托运行李”字样并加盖站名戳。动车组列车车票办理改晚乘车手续时，推迟乘车的时间应当在车站售票的预售期内。
