没有房产证的二手房买卖协议可以公证吗?

法律分析：二手房没有房产证不能公证 二手房买卖的前提是出卖方已经取得产权证，否则出卖方的产权是有瑕疵的，无法交易。公证机关是对买卖行为的真实性、合法性进行公证，但交易尚不合法，所以这种情况无法做公证。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》 第二十七条 申请办理公证的当事人应当向公证机构如实说明申请公证的事项的有关情况，提供真实、合法、充分的证明材料；提供的证明材料不充分的，公证机构可以要求补充。
