释义	律师解析：判处三年有期徒刑，但是给予三年的考验期。自判决之日起三年内如无新的故意犯罪(过失和正当防卫不算)行为或无余罪被发现、取消原来所判的三年刑事处罚(判处罚金、剥夺政治权利、没收财产等附加刑仍要执行)。判三缓三和判三缓五意思一样，只是所指时间不一样。【法律依据】：《中华人民共和国刑法》第七十三条拘役的缓刑考验期限为原判刑期以上一年以下，但是不能少于二个月。有期徒刑的缓刑考验期限为原判刑期以上五年以下，但是不能少于一年。缓刑考验期限，从判决确定之日起计算。
