释义	给他人下安眠药是属于违法的行为，侵犯了他人的生命健康权，如果下药人目的是造成对死亡的，会构成故意杀人罪。法律依据：《中磨念核华人民共和国刑法》第二百三十二条故意杀人的，处死刑、无期徒刑或者十年以上有期徒刑；高册情节较轻的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。第一千一百六十五条行为人因过错侵害瞎掘他人民事权益造成损害的，应当承担侵权责任。依照法律规定推定行为人有过错，其不能证明自己没有过错的，应当承担侵权责任。
