释义	法律分析：如果因为需要中止一段时间再竞价/拍卖,或者需要修改价格信息,则中止即可。中止后可以编辑,撤回后则无法进行修改。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于人民法院民事执行中拍卖、变卖财产的规定》第二十二条悔拍则因为拍卖成交后，买受人逾期未支付价款，导致拍卖目的难以实现。具体而言，买受人悔拍的情形主要有四种：因出价过高而悔拍；因拍卖财产的瑕疵而拒付余款；因违约成本较低而恶意竞拍，多出现在被执行人阻挠拍卖财产的情形；基于猎奇心理竞拍后未支付余款。
