驾驶证被注销了要怎样才能恢复了 |

法律分析：驾驶证注销后是不能恢复的，需要重考。因醉酒驾驶机动车，驾驶证被吊销的，五年内不得重新取得驾驶证；醉酒驾驶营运机动车的，十年内不得重新取得驾驶证。因饮酒驾驶证营运机动车，被吊销的，五年内不得重新取得驾驶证；发生重大道路交通事故肇事逃逸逃逸，构成犯罪的，被吊销的，那么终身不得取得机动车驾驶证；饮酒后或者醉酒驾驶机动车发生重大交通事故，构成犯罪的，被吊销的，那么终身不得取得机动车驾驶证；因提供虚假信息申请驾驶证，被吊销的，三年不得重新取得机动车驾驶证；因其他违法行为被吊销的，两年内不得重新取得机动车驾驶证。
法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》 第二十四条 申请机动车驾驶证的人，符合本规定要求的驾驶许可条件，具有下列情形之一的，可以按照第十四条第一款和第十九条的规定直接申请相应准驾车型的机动车驾驶证考试：
（一）原机动车驾驶证因超过有效期未换证被注销的；
（二）原机动车驾驶证因未提交身体条件证明被注销的；
（三）原机动车驾驶证由本人申请注销的；
（四）原机动车驾驶证因身体条件暂时不符合规定被注销的；
（五）原机动车驾驶证因其他原因被注销的，但机动车驾驶证被吊销或者被撤销的除外。
