释义	法律分析：冷暴力，暴力的一种，其表现形式多为通过冷淡、轻视、放任、疏远和漠不关心，致使他人精神上和心理上受到侵犯和伤害。冷暴力主要有两种情况，一是家庭冷暴力，二是职场冷暴力，实际上都是一种精神虐待。家庭冷暴力多指夫妻双方产生矛盾时，漠不关心对方，将语言交流降到最低限度，停止或敷衍性生活，懒于做家务等行为法律依据：《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》第三条家庭成员之间应当互相帮助，互相关爱，和睦相处，履行家庭义务。
