释义	现在国家没有强制要求持证上岗，但是，物业企业一般都会要求从业人员持有相关证书，其目的在于要求从业人员要有实际经验，或者是参加过系统的培训的。法律依据《物业管理条例》第33条：从事物业管理的人员应当按照国家有关规定，取得职业资格证书。第61条：违反本条例的规定，物业管理企业聘用未取得物业管理职业资格证书的人员从事物业管理活动的，由县级以上地方人民政府房地产行政主管部门责令停止违法行为，处5万元以上20万元以下的罚款；给业主造成损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。
