释义	当兵期间手机是可以用,但得是无卡手机(即不能和外界联系),玩手机可以帮助战士解闷,调解心情。不能与外界联系,是为了保密。一般在部队当兵期间(指整个当兵过程,不光是三个月军训)都不能使有有通迅的手机。【法律依据】《兵役法》第五条，中华人民共和国公民，不分民族、种族、职业、家庭出身、宗教信仰和教育程度，都有义务依照本法的规定服兵役。有严重生理缺陷或者严重残疾不适合服兵役的公民，免服兵役。依照法律被剥夺政治权利的公民，不得服兵役。
