公司扣服装折旧费合法吗？
释义
不合理的。劳动者为用人单位提供的是劳动，如果公司认为工作服为必要劳动工具，则该劳动工具属于用人单位应当承担的营运成本，该成本绝对不可转嫁于劳动者。
实践中，不少生产型企业或服务型企业会收取所谓的折旧费、押金等等，实际这些均属于违背法律之行为，劳动者可以向劳动行政部门投诉、控告。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第九条 用人单位招用劳动者，不得扣押劳动者的居民身份证和其他证件，不得要求劳动者提供担保或者以其他名义向劳动者收取财物。
