释义	不可以，依法能够被撤销的婚姻只有因胁迫结婚的。以受胁迫而结婚作为婚姻可撤销的唯一原因。因此，因受欺诈而结婚的，法律没有规定，所以当事人不能申请撤销，只能通过离婚的方式解除婚姻关系。《民法典》第一千零五十二条【胁迫婚姻】因胁迫结婚的，受胁迫的一方可以向人民法院请求撤销婚姻。请求撤销婚姻的，应当自胁迫行为终止之日起一年内提出。被非法限制人身自由的当事人请求撤销婚姻的，应当自恢复人身自由之日起一年内提出。法律依据《民法典》第一千零五十二条
