释义	法律分析：《中华人民共和国民法典》以受胁迫而结婚作为婚姻可撤销的唯一原因。因此，因受欺诈而结婚的，法律没有规定，所以当事人不能申请撤销，只能通过离婚的方式解除婚姻关系。虽然结婚的当事人一方因受他方欺骗，在结婚的意思表示上存在瑕疵，但二人在办理结婚登记时通常情况下均是自愿，从形式上并不违背二人的意思表示。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
