释义	法律分析：无责任底薪是指员工即使没能完成用人单位所下达的任务指标也可以拿到该单位所规定的最低薪水，所谓责任底薪就是你必须得完成单位所规定的任务，如果没完成就没有底薪或者底薪酌减。但无论怎么约定，都不得低于国家最低工资标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动法》第四十八条国家实行最低工资保障制度。最低工资的具体标准由省、自治区直辖市人民政府规定，报国务院备案。用人单位支付劳动者的工资不得低于当地最低工资标准。
