释义	法律分析：夜总会只要是合法批准的，去夜总会消费只要不干违法勾当，就不违法。如果只是单纯的陪酒等，没有其它的违法行为的，根据法无禁止即可为的原则，是不违法的。如果有从事色情交易等其它行为的，则不合法，可予以治安处罚，情节严重的构成犯罪，要被追究刑事责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第六十六条卖淫、嫖娼的，处10日以上15日以下拘留，可以并处5000元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。在公共场所拉客招嫖的，处5日以下拘留或者500元以下罚款。
