释义	从进入隔离地点的那一天开始。任何单位和个人接受疾病预防控制机构、医疗机构有关传染病的调查、检验、采集样本、隔离治疗等预防、控制措施时，应当如实提供有关情况，不得隐瞒、缓报、谎报或者授意他人隐瞒、缓报、谎报。因故意或者授意他人隐瞒行程、伪造、变造、买卖核酸检测报告等瞒报、谎报行为，引起新型冠状病毒传播或者有传播严重风险的，依照有关法律从严惩处。法律依据:《中华人民共和国突发事件应对法》第四十九条迅速控制危险源，标明危险区域，封锁危险场所，划定警戒区，实行交通管制以及其他控制措施。
