如何申请断绝父子关系
释义
亲生父子是不能断绝父子关系的，只能因一方的死亡而终止。我国没有任何一部法律允许子女与父母断绝关系。
《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十七条 父母不履行抚养义务的，未成年子女或者不能独立生活的成年子女，有要求父母给付抚养费的权利。成年子女不履行赡养义务的，缺乏劳动能力或者生活困难的父母，有要求成年子女给付赡养费的权利。第一千零六十八条 父母有教育、保护未成年子女的权利和义务。未成年子女造成他人损害的，父母应当依法承担民事责任。
