释义	偷偷录音不是合法的，录音取得方式应当是合法的，不能侵害他人的合法权益。录音取得过程中是在合理的场所进行，不能采用窃听，偷听他人隐私，侵犯他人隐私权。录音的内容要真实、完全连贯的，任何人不得进行剪辑，录音时对方的言论是真实意思表达。法律依据:《关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第六十八条，以侵害他人合法权益或者违反法律禁止性规定的方法取得的证据，不能作为认定案件事实的依据。
