释义	1、在买卖家具经过中支付定金的，即是以定金作为订立合同或者履行合同的保证金。自己不愿意继续交易的，无权要求返还定金。 2、如果交纳定金的一方不订立合同或者不履行合同的，无权要求返还定金；如果接收定金的一方不订立合同或者不履行合同的，要两倍返还定金。《保证法》第八十九条当事人能够商定一方向另一方给付定金作为债权的保证。债务人履行债务后，定金应当抵作价款或者要回。给付定金的一方不履行商定的债务的，无权要求返还定金；收受定金的一方不履行商定的债务的，应当两倍返还定金。
