释义	法律分析：有服兵役义务的公民拒绝、逃避兵役登记和体格检查的，应征公民拒绝、逃避征集的，依照兵役法和有关法规的规定予以处罚。法律依据：《征兵工作条例》第五十一条机关、团体、企业事业单位拒绝完成征兵任务的，阻挠公民履行兵役义务的，或者有其他妨害征兵工作行为的，依照兵役法和有关法规的规定予以处罚。有服兵役义务的公民拒绝、逃避兵役登记和体格检查的，应征公民拒绝、逃避征集的，依照兵役法和有关法规的规定予以处罚。
