1、医保的作用

2、社保的作用
社会保险是一种为丧失劳动能力、暂时失去劳动岗位或因健康原因造成损失的人口提供收入或补偿的一种社会和经济制度。医保是社会保险中的一种，除此之外，还包括养老保险、失业保险、工伤保险、生育保险。它们组合在一起就就是社保的作用。
（1）养老保险的用途：退休后领取养老金、享受丧葬费和抚恤费；
（2）失业保险的用途：失业后可以领取失业保险金、医疗费可以享受补贴；
（3）工伤保险的用途：支付治疗费用、生活护理费、伤残补助和伤残津贴；
（4）生育保险的用途：可以享受产假（约90天）、生育津贴和生育补助金。

第二十六条 职工基本医疗保险、新型农村合作医疗和城镇居民基本医疗保险的待遇标准按照国家规定执行。
第二十八条 符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
