释义	法律分析：二元户籍制度是指从法律意义上划分农业户口和非农户口的户籍制度。法律依据：《中华人民共和国户籍法》第七条户籍登记按登记方式分为初始登记和补充登记。初始登记为居民出生后或定居时的首次登记;补充登记为因居民户籍登记项目内容变更、居民死亡、终止户籍或恢复户籍所发生的登记项目修改或增加而进行的登记。初始登记项目内容终生不变，且只有一个登记机关，补充登记可根据规定和居民要求随时进行，可以在不同地点的登记机关完成。
