释义	法律分析：按照正常手续签订即可。根据法律规定，对因疫情不能达到合同目的的，当事人可解除合同。受疫情影响，承租人可依据“不可抗力”的有关合同规定请求减免部分租金；而对于承租人或出租人认为继续履行租赁合同损失过大，请求提前终止租赁合同的，双方可根据具体情况选择以支付对方违约金的方式终止租赁合同的履行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百八十条因不可抗力不能履行民事义务的，不承担民事责任。法律另有规定的，依照其规定。不可抗力是不能预见、不能避免且不能克服的客观情况。
