夫妻开公司法人与财务当然可以是夫妻两人，但前提也是要保障这个公司是属于夫妻二人的，一般对于合伙的公司是不能这样的，这也会保障不到其它的股东利益，很容易引起纠纷。公司法人是企业的一种组织形式。以营利为目的的社团法人。在资本主义国家中也称为商事公司，是依照商法或有关法律成立的营利为目的的企业组织，包括无限公司、有限公司、两合公司、股份公司以及股份两合公司等。
