释义	法律分析：1.每月月中之前发薪为上发薪，之后为下发薪2.月内支付本月的工资，也就是说比如20号发薪，其实已经预支了后面十到十一天的工资，因为员工还没有做，这种情形为上发薪。而等员工已经将工作做完了在发，比如次月10日发上月工资，为下发薪。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十条用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬。用人单位拖欠或者未足额支付劳动报酬的，劳动者可以依法向当地人民法院申请支付令，人民法院应当依法发出支付令。
