释义	法律分析：驾驶证满分的处理：机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分达到12分的，公安机关交通管理部门应当扣留其机动车驾驶证。驾驶人须经学习，并考试通过后方能清分取回驾驶证。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十八条车辆管理所对符合第六十三条至第六十六条、第六十七条第一款规定的，应当在一日内换发机动车驾驶证。对符合第六十七条第二款规定的，应当在一日内注销机动车驾驶证。其中，对符合第六十四条、第六十五条、第六十六条第一款第一项、第六十七条规定的，还应当收回原机动车驾驶证。
