释义	首先，根据劳动法的规定劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。其次，如果是公司效益不好，无法支付劳动报酬或者未依法为劳动者缴纳社会保险费等，而又不让劳动者离职的，可以到当地的劳动部门进行投诉，要求处理。投诉无果的，建议到当地的劳动仲裁委员会申请劳动仲裁；对仲裁裁决不服的，除本法另有规定的外，可以向人民法院提起诉讼。
