老年乘车卡怎样年审 |
| 释义 |
老年乘车卡的年审如下：
1、老年乘车卡年审，须交老年卡、本人二代身份证原件、乘车意外伤害保险费，由单位离休干部管理部门、社区集中登记造册，预约办理年审；
2、按照老年人免费乘车证的条件，凡年龄在70岁以上，能独立乘车的70岁以上老人，均可办理；
3、如果本次需年审的老年卡丢失或损坏，须持本人二代身份证原件、二寸近期正面免冠彩色照片一张及补卡费到充值中心办理补卡手续。
老年人乘车卡年审在的地方如下：
1、不同地区老年人公交卡年检地点不同，一般老年人公交卡年检需要到当地公交公司可以进行老年卡年检，年检需要携带老年证，爱心卡，及身份证，需要收取25元的年检费；
2、不同地区年检地方不一样，一般都是到当地公交公司进行年检，有的地方可以到公交卡充值点进行年检。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国老年人权益保障法》第五十三条
县级以上人民政府及其有关部门根据经济社会发展情况和老年人的特殊需要，制定优待老年人的办法，逐步提高优待水平。
对常住在本行政区域内的外埠老年人给予同等优待。
第五十四条
各级人民政府和有关部门应当为老年人及时、便利地领取养老金、结算医疗费和享受其他物质帮助提供条件。
