释义	法律分析：农村宅基地把名登记错了应当到县级国土局办理变更的手续，但在处理时也需要先进行申请，只有获得批准之后才能进行办理；但对于宅基地都是以户为单位，不管是写谁的名字都是可以的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国土地管理法实施条例》第六条依法改变土地所有权、使用权的，因依法转让地上建筑物、构筑物等附着物导致土地使用权转移的，必须向土地所在地的县级以上人民政府土地行政主管部门提出土地变更登记申请，由原土地登记机关依法进行土地所有权、使用权变更登记。
