释义	法律分析：模仿客户签字要负相应的法律责任。签名具有法律效力，若是用作仿造欠收条和合同，则构成诈骗罪，如果以此制造伪证，则构成伪证罪。如果用以伪造政府公文，情节将更为严重。但如果客户知道他人代替自己签名而不作否认表示，或经本人追认，则该签名对本人有约束力，本人应该承担法律责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六十六条没有代理权、超越代理权或者代理权终止后的行为，只有经过被代理人的追认，被代理人才承担民事责任。未经追认的行为，由行为人承担民事责任。
