释义	法律分析：共同借款人对债务承担连带责任。债权人可以向任何一个人主张全部的债权，而任何一方均不能以他们之间内部对债务的分配协议对抗债权人的主张。也就是债权人可以要求共同借款人其中的任何一个人还款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百一十八条债权人为二人以上,部分或者全部债权人均可以请求债务人履行债务的,为连带债权;债务人为二人以上,债权人可以请求部分或者全部债务人履行全部债务的,为连带债务。连带债权或者连带债务,由法律规定或者当事人约定。
