释义	我国相关法律规定，高利贷属于一种民间借贷行为。高利贷是指超出法律规定利息的行为。高利贷的利息是不受法院保护的，不超过银行同类贷款利率百分之二十四的利息会受保护。如果利率超出了百分之三十六的话，那么就不会再受到法律的保护。此外如果私人触犯了刑法的底线放高利贷，还会受到相关的刑事处罚。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《最高人民法院关于审理民间借贷案件适用法律若干问题的规定》第二十六条规定，借贷双方约定的利率未超过年利率24%，出借人请求借款人按照约定的利率支付利息的，人民法院应予支持。
