释义	根据我国法律法规的相关的规定，交割仓库不得有下列行为：(一)出具虚假仓单；(二)违反期货交易所业务规则，限制交割商品的入库、出库；(三)泄露与期货交易有关的商业秘密；(四)违反国家有关规定参与期货交易；(五)国务院期货监督管理机构规定的其他行为。风险提示：关于期货交易的交割，由期货交易所统一组织进行期货交割。交割仓库由期货交易所指定。期货交易所不得限制实物交割总量，并应当与交割仓库签订协议，明确双方的权利和义务。法律依据《期货交易管理条例》第三十五条
