问题	行纪人怎样履行委托指示?
释义	行纪人以低于指示价格卖出或者以高于指示价格买入。行情不利于委托人时，行纪人为了避免损失进一步的扩大，以悖于委托人的指示从事行纪活动的，应当及时取得委托人的同意。若委托人事先同意的，即使其事后翻悔，仍须承受该项交易的效果。若委托人并未事先同意，但事后追认的，其效果等同于事先同意。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第九百五十二条行纪人处理委托事务支出的费用，由行纪人负担，但是当事人另有约定的除外。
