释义	按照工商局的说法是“一个地址只能注册一家公司”，这是毋庸质疑的，他们不会让同一地址同时存在两家公司，同时一起办公。但是《公司法》里没有明确规定统一地址不能够注册2家或2家以上企业。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第十条公司以其主要办事机构所在地为住所。
