释义	法律分析：可以不用公证人，但是需要见证人。自已录音或录像遗嘱没公证人有效，但是是需要符合法律的规定的，录音遗嘱是需要出自于当事人的真实意思表示的。必须由遗嘱人亲自制作，并亲自叙述遗嘱的全部内容。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十七条以录音录像形式立的遗嘱，应当有两个以上见证人在场见证。遗嘱人和见证人应当在录音录像中记录其姓名或者肖像，以及年、月、日。
